If you don't already know him then I will introduce you to Australian, Aurelio Costarella. He is an amazingly talented designer and I am obsessed with his clothes at the moment!!!
In alot of his collections he uses heavily layered ruffles but the fact that he uses the same technique through most collections but can still achieve a completely different atmosphere for each season shows him truly as the artist he is.
